Farmstead Built

Chad Lippincott is a third generation builder. He grew up watching his grandfather build and spent most of his teen years helping his father frame and build houses. His first framing company, Southern Home Framing, was formed in 2000. Shortly after, he obtained his contractor’s license from the State of Alabama and began building custom homes. Life took him down several different paths, and at one point he spent two years traveling the country performing roof inspections for insurance companies. Chad is also a licensed home inspector in Alabama and Florida. Chad’s life experiences combined with his knowledge make him the perfect contractor to build your dream home.

Frostholm Construction

Jeff graduated from Auburn University with a Building Science degree. He worked with Beers/Skanska, a large commercial contractor in Atlanta, on a student housing project. In Atlanta, he then began work with Harcrest Homes, America’s best building company in 2001 and the 2009 Atlanta home builder of the year. His experience at Harcrest along with his education gave him the skills and knowledge to start his own company, Frostholm Construction. In 2010, he moved back to coastal Alabama to start his company which focuses on home additions and new home construction. He lives in Fairhope with wife Jessica and two sons Conner and Cameron.
