Meet Wendy Butler

Wendy Butler is the founder and owner of Capital 8 Ventures, Inc., A real estate investment company that was formed in 2014 and primarily focused on historical home renovations. In 2017, Wendy joined forces with Trae Corte in order to expand her business into new construction spec homes and residential subdivision developments. After many years in healthcare as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Wendy discovered her passion for marketing and sales while chairing several large-scale fundraising events through the Thomas Hospital Foundation and Point Clear Polo Charities. She went on to obtain her Real Estate Agent license followed by her Broker's license. In January of 2023, Wendy co-founded Legacy Real Estate & Development with Trae Corte and currently acts as the Qualifying Broker. Her aggressive multi-level marketing strategies and tireless work ethic along with his years of experience in building and development work have catapulted them to one of the top producing teams in Baldwin County.

 

Wendy has a Masters's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor's degree from the University of South Alabama. She enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with her husband and two children at her home in Fairhope, AL.
