Meet Trae Corte

Trae Corte has been active in real estate for 27 years as a developer, home builder, home designer, and Broker. He started his career as a licensed structural engineer at the headquarters office of HLM in Orlando, FL where he worked on several large projects including the 60-story Orange County Courthouse, a prison in Tallahassee, and a hospital in Tampa. After several years, Trae transitioned into real estate development and moved back home to Baldwin County, Alabama where he was the project manager of two golf course neighborhoods. Since then he has developed several condominium projects, and nine residential neighborhoods, renovated many historical homes, constructed numerous custom homes, and owned two real estate companies. Trae is currently developing and selling The Verandas, a residential neighborhood for custom homes in Fairhope, AL. He is also permitting an urban project with Wendy Butler in downtown Mobile, AL. Which consists of completing De Tonti Place and starting Oakleigh.

 

Trae received his Masters's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California at Davis and a bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and now resides in Fairhope, AL. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, running, and traveling.
